Creator Ratings: what are they and why do they matter?

Everything you need to know about Creator ratings on The H Hub, including Top Creator & Rising Creator status

We're proud of the incredible talent on The H Hub! As you probably already know, we review every single applicant by hand to ensure they meet an extremely high standard, and only accept about 30% of people that apply. Keeping the level of talent on The Hub high is of the utmost importance to us.

To help provide you with an even better understanding of the talent that's bidding on your job, we've created a rating system.

Here's a breakdown of the different categories, and what they mean:

The Star System:

This one should be pretty familiar. Every Creator has a rating based on a 5-star system, with 5 being the highest. The ratings are a combined score based on:

• • Ratings they've received from previous Clients on The Hub
  • Our Creative Pannel's review and score of their work

Top Creator Status:

If you see a Blue Jewel or a Blue Checkmark, you've connected with a Top Creator. This represents the top 1% of the talent in our community. This status is given by our internal H team based on the quality of a Creator's work, the feedback we've received from past clients, and our direct experience working with them in the past. We're confident these Creators shoot great work and are a pleasure to work with!

Rising Creator Status: 

The Gold Coin is our symbol for a Rising Creator. This is someone who is extremely talented and does great work. We might not have had a chance to shoot with them yet, but they have 4 or 5 stars and are in the Top 10% of our community and coming up fast!

Overall it's a pretty simple system, and hopefully, gives you a better understanding of the talent bidding on your job. These ratings, combined with the details in a Creator's bid, and your ability to see their profile + work on The Hub, should give you a good sense for who will fit your job best!
